Titan Solar Power
Titan Solar out of business: who services your system now
Updated October 19, 2026.
Titan Solar Power, of Chandler, Arizona, stopped work on June 13, 2024 and filed Chapter 7 in the District of Arizona on June 20. Chapter 7 is liquidation, not reorganization: there is no Titan coming back to service anything.
So who services a Titan system?
- The equipment makers. Titan installed Enphase microinverters on many jobs, SolarEdge on some, and a large number of Generac PWRcell inverter and battery systems, especially from 2021 on. All three are in business and honor their own warranties (25 years on Enphase micros, 12 on SolarEdge inverters, 10 on Generac PWRcell inverters and batteries) regardless of who installed them.
- Not Titan: its 25-year workmanship warranty, including the roof penetrations, is an unsecured claim in a liquidation that is unlikely to pay it.
- Your lender: the loan was made by a lender, not by Titan, and it kept going. The lender is a separate company from the repair.
Why it stalls
A warranty claim usually covers the part but not the labor to install it, and that's where most Titan repairs stop. A phone call gets a ticket; a dated claim with the serial numbers, the date it stopped and what you're asking for, by a date, gets an answer someone has to sign. More: the full Titan page, my inverter failed and what to do when your solar company stops answering.
The letter that gets a written answer. I write it for you from your own agreement, bills and production numbers: to the equipment maker if you own the system, or to the company that bills you if it's a lease or a PPA. It puts the facts on the record and asks for a written answer by a date. If no written answer comes within 30 days, the follow-up letter is free.
$99 flat, ready in 3 business days. You read and approve it, then send it yourself.

“After the letter was sent, it was mere days that they got back to me with a much more positive email looking into all our issues causing the total system to be down.”
Tami B., SunStrong customer
What happened next: after her letter, SunStrong answered in writing within days, saying it would put billing and collections on hold, cancel auto-pay and set up a deferment while it looks into the system. See page 1 of her letter.
What this page isn't
It isn't legal advice. Agreements and state rules differ, and your own agreement wins over anything general here. I prepare documents at your direction; you review, sign and send them yourself.
