Your installer is gone. We'll write and send the claim for you.
For owners whose system is underproducing, whose equipment has failed, or whose new servicer is billing wrong or ignoring requests. You tell us what's happening and send photos. We write the claim, build the evidence pack, and send it to the company that owes you, with you copied.
Equipment warranty claims
Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, Generac, SMA, Maxeon, and the rest. Failed microinverters, optimizers, inverters, gateways, and panels. The manufacturer warranty still stands without the installer.
Billing and service disputes
SunStrong and the other companies that took over leases, PPAs, and loans. Charges above your contract rate, service requests nobody answers, batteries switched off.
$99founding price, one time
For the first 10 customers. $149 after that. No subscription.
Ready in 3 business days, or it's free. The claim letter and evidence pack are in your inbox within 3 business days of us having your photos and papers.
No reply in 30 days? The follow-up is on us. We write and send a second demand, plus a complaint ready to file with your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau.
How it works
- Fill in the short form below and pay once.
- Within one business day we email you the exact list of what to photograph and which papers to send: serial labels, the app screen, your contract, the bills.
- Within 3 business days of getting them, you get the claim letter and evidence pack to read and approve.
- Once you approve, we send it to the right address with you copied. If a company only takes claims through the owner's own account, we tell you exactly what to paste where.
- No answer in 30 days, we send the follow-up at no charge.

What this isn't
- We're not a law firm and this isn't legal advice. We don't file lawsuits or bankruptcy claims.
- We can't make a company say yes. We make sure the claim is complete, correct, and hard to ignore.
- We don't do repairs or site visits. If a technician is needed, the letter asks the company in writing who pays for the labor.
- Your information goes to the company you're claiming against and nowhere else. It is never sold or passed to law firms.
Would rather do it yourself? The Warranty Claim Kit, $29, is the same letter for you to send. Full terms on the privacy and terms page.
