How the letter works
- Pay once. Then send your agreement and your last two bills.
- Within 3 business days you get the letter to read and approve.
- You send it yourself, from your own email, to your solar company. We never send anything in your name.
The plain terms. Once your letter is delivered to you, the sale is final.
And one thing we do add: if the company hasn't answered in writing within 30 days of when you send it, tell us within 60 days of receiving your letter and we'll write one short follow-up letter at no charge.
