Freedom Forever filed Chapter 11 in April 2026 and converted to Chapter 7 on August 7, 2026, so the company is being liquidated. The last day to file a proof of claim is October 16, 2026, case 26-10522 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Filing is free.

What may count

A promise in writing that your bills would go down, and they went up
A roof you paid to fix because of their install
Money you spent to get the production you were sold
A deposit, a rebate or a refund that never arrived

If you have the paper for any of those, you may have a claim. Two honest things: customers in a liquidation usually recover a small fraction, sometimes nothing, and filing does not change your loan or your lease, so keep paying. I am not a lawyer.
