The paperwork your installer should have left you
The free check answers one question. These two documents answer the rest: which warranties you still have and on which serial numbers, how to get monitoring into your own hands, who holds your loan, and what a buyer's inspector will ask for when you sell. You build them in about ten minutes and save them as a PDF. Prices are on the page because that's how we'd want to be treated.
Launch weeks: both documents are free right now while we're new. The prices below are what they'll cost once checkout is switched on.
Solar Report Card
$19one time
- Your production verdict, dated, with the method and the assumptions shown
- Panel, inverter, and battery serials mapped to the manufacturer warranty terms and how a claim works
- Where to register each warranty under your own name, since most installers never did
- The steps to move monitoring to your own account for your inverter brand
- A to-do list of anything you couldn't find yet
Home Sale Packet
$39one time
- Everything in the Report Card
- A plain summary of the system for the buyer, their inspector, and their lender
- The loan or lease, who services it, and the fixture filing that may sit on your title, explained
- The questions an inspector will ask, answered in advance
- A closing checklist so the solar doesn't stall the sale
- What do I need on hand?
- The four numbers from the free check, plus the brand and serial of your inverter or gateway and, if you can find it, one panel serial. Your contract usually has all of them on the first two pages. Skip what you can't find and the document lists it as a to-do.
- Where does my information go?
- Your email, ZIP, system size, and the verdict are kept so we can remind you in a year. Names, street addresses, and serial numbers are printed on your copy and never sent to us.
- Is this a warranty?
- No. It's a map of the warranties you already have, and the paperwork to use them. We don't sell coverage and we don't take money from anyone who does.
